Terms & Conditions
1. Reservations made online are subject to confirmation by the restaurant. You must wait for a confirmation email or text message before arriving at the restaurant or else you may be turned away.
2. During reservation checkout you will be asked to provide card details. These details will be held for a maximum of 7 days before being deleted and removed entirely. We take these details to facilitate a charge, if necessary, in line with clause 3.
3. If you have booked a reservation which has been confirmed by the restaurant and you either cancel within 24 hours of said reservation, or do not attend within 15 minutes from your booked reservation time slot, then you will be charged a no-show fee of £5.00. This will be debited from your card details which you supplied during booking. Should we fail to take this payment from the allocated card we may pass your details to our legal team for collection.
4. If you arrive after 15 minutes of your reservation time we will try to accommodate you, however if there are no available tables then we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee pursuant to clause 3.
5. Reservations must be cancelled no earlier than 24 hours before your reserved time. Failure to cancel within 24 hours of your reserved time will incur our no-show, as outlined in clause 3.
6. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, confirmed or not, at any time without prejudice.
7. Failure to provide correct information during reservation checkout may see your reservation cancelled without notice.
8. Once Upon a Table reserves all rights for textual copy & imagery used upon its website. Copying or otherwise using its content outwit this website will be seen as a violation of its copyright and may invoke legal action.
